Privacy and terms – in brief

What we ask for

To sign in: your email address.

When you place an order: your name, phone number and address, so the seller knows who you are and can deliver.

What we never ask for: national ID numbers, identity documents, payment cards, bank details or payment.

What we use it for: signing in and orders. Nothing else. We do not send marketing and we do not sell your details.

The portal stores a secure sign-in session and simple display preferences, such as the selected warehouse filter, in your browser; no tracking or advertising. Sign-in is confirmed with a one-time email code and protected against abuse with Cloudflare Turnstile. Codes are valid for 10 minutes and sessions last no longer than 30 days. Codes and abuse limits are stored briefly; expired codes, limits and sessions are deleted within 24 hours. IP addresses are used as keyed hashes for abuse prevention, not as a permanent visitor log.

Who sees what

Other users see only your name.

A seller sees your contact details when you send an order to that seller.

If you post a wanted request for a part, sellers who reply to you can see your name.

The portal's administrators can see orders in order to follow up and correct errors.

The portal is hosted by Cloudflare, and emails are sent through Google (Gmail). Both process data on our behalf.

The portal only passes on requests

No payment goes through the portal.

Price, payment and delivery are agreed directly with the seller.

The agreement is between you and the seller. The portal is not a party to it.

For sellers: Use the contact details you receive only to respond to the order. Do not pass them on, and delete them once the sale is complete. The buyer may be under 18.

Age: The portal is open to everyone aged 13 and over.

Storage and deletion

Purchases from your own stock are kept for as long as your account exists and deleted when you use Delete me or your account is anonymised after deactivation. Other orders are deleted automatically 30 days after they are closed.

Unused invitations are deleted after 30 days.

Deactivated accounts are anonymised after 45 days. Sellers must first resolve any active warehouse and open seller orders.

Backups and sent emails are deleted after 60 days.

Otherwise, account details are kept for as long as you have an account.

You can delete your account yourself under Profile card → Delete me. This also deletes your orders and wanted requests, including open orders.

The portal cannot delete what a seller has already received.

Changes: If the terms change, you will be asked to accept them again the next time you sign in.

Your rights: access, correction and deletion. You can also complain to the Norwegian Data Protection Authority (Datatilsynet).

Responsible: Infinityracing.team c/o Stig Berntsen, manager@infinityracing.team. If the portal is taken over by someone else, you will be told who is responsible before the takeover.

Be alert: The portal never asks you for payment or card details. Any such request in the portal's name is fake.
